Trolley Trail, Clackamas County, Oregon

Alta developed a trail master plan for a trail that will use a historic streetcar right-of-way in Clackamas County. Alta was responsible for assessing the existing conditions, analyzing the opportunities and constraints, managing public involvement, and developing trail alignments and designs for the Trolley Trail. Specific issues on this project included neighborhood safety and privacy concerns, wetlands, slope constraints, on-road segments, and trail-roadway intersections.
