Alta served on a multidisciplinary team for the redevelopment of the historic Niagara Falls Parkway. This project will convert the South Segment of the existing Robert Moses Parkway to one that is a low-speed scenic park access road, and restore the Olmsted Park-inspired landscape to more closely follow the design intent and alignment of the historic “Riverway” park entry road. Alta had the lead role for the bicycle, pedestrian and trail elements of the project.
