Glen Cove is located on the Carquinez Straight, connecting the San Francisco Bay with the Sacramento Delta System. The Waterfront park was designed to incorporate a formal public recreation area, as well as provide trails that would allow hikers to circumnavagate the entire San Francisco Bay. Alta prepared the Construction Documents as well as obtained the permits for a new waterfront park in Glen Cove, California. Alta acted as the construction/project managers for the project overseeing all aspects of the design and construction. Tasks included:preliminary site plans, construction document preparation, permitting support and consultation, and agreements assistance.
